Happy Father’s Day: Wish I had wished you once

I don’t remember a day if I had wish you even once - A Happy Father’s Day! and it is celebrated on every third Sunday of June since 1910. Does this make me a bad son? for I have not wished you even once. But, I want to wish you today even when you are far and long gone.

It has been two years now, you left us all alone and yet I wish, you are here and wishes you a happy Father’s Day for what you had been through for all of us. I remember every word of you, shared with me and would do to fulfill despite what it takes to be a good son once again.

“The 29th April, 2018” was my doom day!

Father’s Day is a day of honoring fatherhood and paternal bonds, as well as the influence of fathers in the society. It is held on various days in many parts of the world all throughout the year, often in the months of March, May and June. In India, it is celebrated on 21st June every year and is similar to Mother’s Day.

The theme of the drawing is 'Diversity of Plants and Animals: Conserve them before its too late' and it has won first prize in its category because of the message it carry with this beautiful painting.

On the eve of World Environment Day 2020 celebration, the result was announced through online meeting by the Director of Forest Training Institute & Rangers' College where the competition held to mark the celebration of the day.

This year the theme is "It is time for Nature" and the message it carry -

The foods we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and the climate that makes our planet habitable all come from nature.

Yet, these are exceptional times in which nature is sending us a message:
To care for ourselves we must care for nature.

It’s time to wake up. To take notice. To raise our voices.
It’s time to build back better for People and Planet.

This World Environment Day, it’s Time for Nature.

Mizoram: A covid-19 related message to all

View original post by Suman Chakma
As this message is not new yet, it is pertinent and worth sharing again and again to make own people alerts.
It is worrisome for the state like Mizoram where medical facilities are in substandard and low in comparison to other parts of India and having only one Medical College (Zoram Medical College) in the entire state. Chief Minister Zoramthanga has alerted citizens today.
Earlier, one person who visited foreign country was tested positive and it took almost 3 months to bring him back to normal and released with the help of all medical services and Staffs.
Now, it is 12 persons including 11 females and 1 male who returned home from Delhi and Kolkata recently were tested positive yesterday with asymptomatic conditions and supposedly more are coming to add them if the process is not ceased immediately. In state like Mizoram, we are not in the state to return home in order to protect ourselves from Covid-19 pandemic, in fact we are pushing our state in danger zone by returning home knowingly or unknowingly.
People may at least take medical helps wherever they're but in Mizoram, if it happens, it will be a drastic scenario like in doomed days without any medical attention. So, I request my fellow citizens of Mizoram including Chakmas and Mizos to stay wherever they are for the sake of Mizoram and it's peoples here. Patturu-turu!
